Cecilia and donato taught a w'shop in sydney in 2006. the class task was to make up any sequesnce then try it again using the opposite foot - eg changing the "system". this was very much a leaders' class but i got alot of benefit even as a follower in more deeply understanding possibilities within each step.

as an aside....I also really loved their pressence in the class as teachers and individuals. they danced as if on the brink of giggles and were generous yet exacting teachers.
