how do u control the camera like that...like rotate around the pencil

Select the box and press H to hide that pesky border so you can zoom and look around without obstruction. Alt H reveals all hidden objects.

@shamatmat what exactly are you trying to do... "Record it" do you mean make it a playable file out of blender, a image that is viewable out of blender... sorry I don't understand your question
