@alexgattas Thanks very much my friend. I will try that next weekend and let you know! It was the lack of oregano that made me think this wasn't the proper recipe for chimichurri. Also, the one the Argentinian guy made who I used to work for, was red in colour which explains the red wine vinegar in your recipe. Many thanks.

The only thing this woman has of a chef is its clothes. It's not only the wrong recipe of churrasco con chimichurri but also it's an awful recipe. That amount of coriander over a nice piece of meat... What a crime!!!! You just wonder why a poor cow had to die and give its meat to such a disgrace like her. hahahahaha Estaba viendo el video de las pupusas de El salvador [donde yo soy] y la cagaron porque no es asi como se preparan...vengo a ver este video y segun los comentarios tampoco se prepara asi su plato...mmmm no sé al parecer este programa es un gran epic fail dando recetas incorrectas!!!!!

no tiene nada que ver eso¡¡¡¡ con un verdadero churrasco,primero la carne debe ser ojo de bife o bife de chorizo,segundo el chimichurri lleva,sal gruesa agua aji molido pimenton salvia oregano ajo vinagre y aceite
