My Top Drug Store Products Under $10 (makeup)

These are my top drug store products under $10 I could've added a TON more like hair care products but damn the 10 minute time limit that I have cause I could only do makeup but I am thinking of doing this with hair care as well. A lot of people ask me what I use in my hair so that will be coming soon.

The wet n wild creme liner, is it good for the water line?

@sugarbunny24 Yes I like it for the waterline I have used it on there a lot! I just dip a pencil in there and BOOM works like a charm. Its cheap and still one of my fav cream liners... thanks for watching!!
