Terry Hodgkinson aka "wandering ninja" while on a recent trip to Costa Rica sets his video camera up and films a few Chi Kung/Tai Chi basic exercises. These are basic moves that you can practice anywhere and anytime in the privacy of your own home or anywhere else you wish.
"These exercise I've learned from various teachers while traveling through different Asian countries. The film work is not professional as I was the only one there so I set the camera up and let it roll while I demonstrated the exercises. I will create a more professional, complete instructional video in the near future but this will give you something to practice with for now. For best results find time to practice each day for 15 to 30 minutes at the least. When breathing in through the nose breath all the way down to your lower stomach so that it pushed out and downward, then exhale. Breathing should not be strained but deep and relaxed"
