:57 into this video and Rush is already wrong on a very easy fact to verify. Hoover was NOT president for a year during the great depression which started in 1929, which followed a pretty good recession as well. Anyways, FDR went into office in 1933. So, end of 1929, 1930, 1931, and ALL of 1932. That is a REALLY long year.

How come my salary hasn't gone up in several years & my co-workers are all getting laid off to hire Indians & my father has a pension AND SS whereas I'm worried about whether or not I'll EVER be able to retire & my out-of-pocket health care expenses went up 10 times in one year & the economy crashed under Bush after 30 years of conservative economics & ?? .... well, I don't know. There are Nobel Laureates on both sides of the issue but I think I'll give the "socialists" a try for a change.
