Oden clearly sets his feet outside of the restricted area as Josh Smith lowers his shoulder and drives Oden right into the ground. 99% of the time this is called as a charge, but of course, since Oden is the one taking the charge, no foul is called. Surprise, surprise everybody...

@topbball12 No man, it has nothing to do with shoulders. Player must be standing in the position (both feet grounded) outside the semicircle. Than, if he receive contact, it's offensive foul. It's the NBA but that's not the kind of rule they ignore (unless we're talking about lebron or kobe). They really ignore travelling.

It actually doesn't matter. If the player lowers their shoulder it becomes an offensive foul. But hey this is the NBA.
