Analysis:
Oden clearly sets his feet outside of the restricted area as Josh Smith lowers his shoulder and drives Oden right into the ground. 99% of the time this is called as a charge, but of course, since Oden is the one taking the charge, no foul is called. Surprise, surprise everybody...

  • Charge, feet were set

  • For you Marc Gasol is flopping but Oden no...

  • @randomaznpopper inside the half circle thing in the paint.

  • hey guys what area's on the court cant you take charges at?

  • @topbball12 No man, it has nothing to do with shoulders. Player must be standing in the position (both feet grounded) outside the semicircle. Than, if he receive contact, it's offensive foul. It's the NBA but that's not the kind of rule they ignore (unless we're talking about lebron or kobe). They really ignore travelling.

  • @peboguxX

It actually doesn't matter. If the player lowers their shoulder it becomes an offensive foul. But hey this is the NBA.

  • moving feet, no foul

  • @pimpsoldier0 true that! that was no flop, he got hit pretty hard

  • god dammit look at him move his feet. it was legit charge not flop. u can see oden get knocked off his feet
