Dude get a different job! There would be no Unions if Employees were treated fairly. Do Unions go to far sometimes, sure. Should we get rid of them; hell no! My Uncle owned a business and treated his employees like family, he saved profits in good times and didn't lay people off in bad times. When Union people came around they told them to get lost. If more companies were like that there would be no Unions. Why don't you advise Companies on how to treat employees with respect.

Anyone not under 18, or retarded, knows Unions purposes are over. They've over extended their bounds, completely become corrupt and intertwined with policies and buying politicians. Fat cat union leaders get a FORCED revenue from those who may not want to be in that union, but forced to, as to work at that particular establishment. So in turn, that fat cat can support candidates you dislike, push initiatives for more control and buy politicians.
Some of these kids are in fairy tail land.

Your attack on unions is an attack on the rights of the working class. You are, whether you know it or not, a fascist.

First key to build unions is to know how to speak to the ppl. Your hypnotic speaking didactics reminds me strong on President Obama. Did you got the same instructor or did you instruct him? It is very impressive to listen, but unfortunaly, this way of speaking, you can tell everything and ppl will take it. See 16 Lies under 3 Minutes ;) /watch?v=KRbpFLHd9VA

While the relationship between the staff and management of a business can be difficult to juggle, we must understand that these stresses aren't always greed driven. These labor imbalances are the symptoms of a flawed monetary policy of debt. The contraction and expansion of supply from the FED creates bubbles in the market. Excess of easy capital created allows for a false surplus, which motives one not to save. Deduction of capital in circulation hurts the chances of being hired. END THE FED!!!

Seems legit.

In Norway. where I live, the unions have a good deal of power. That way, the rights of the common worker are never, NEVER trampled. Although you may be right, in some cases, if unions dissapeared, bloodcapitalism would take over. You're advocating for a reality where it's impossible for a union to be what it claims, a union, struggling to protect the worker from unfair sacking, unfair treatment, physical or pschycological harrasment etc. I cannot seem to accept this "unions=bad, bosses=good".

@cmosdriver I agree with you that unions are good. But these days, unions have turned from a group of workers who barter businesses for better wages to literal businesses. A lot of employees are Forced to join unions, and those unions charge union dues. Also, unions tend to put hard strains on up-and-coming businesses a lot of the time, preventing job creation. I don't think we should abolish unions; I think we should pass laws and reform them so they don't violate worker's rights like today.

It ends with a splash of Santorum!
Dear god, you have no idea, Unions are there to help employers get a fair deal, if unions disappeared then we would all be treated as slaves.
Congratulations on bringing back slavery. I bet you will remove this comment too.

@wolfieCLANwop Interesting comment. For the record, I don't believe in removing comments. Not my style. The one time I did remove a comment was a complete accident and I sent the person a personal apology. Regarding your specific comment, "if unions disappeared then we would all be treated as slaves." Really, based on what? There are numerous examples of unions demonstrating that they care more for money than they do their own membership.

@wolfieCLANwop - another point, unions had their time. No doubt. But please tell me exactly how unions have made this country better. Don't give me the "without unions there would be no middle class" history lesson because I actually agree with that point. What have they done up to this point to create jobs? To put their own members to work? To make businesses better thus creating a better economy?
