  • Fantastic but I must say...stop mollycoddling Nicola Roxon just because she's a woman...she may have been 'ill advised' but the buck stops with her. She is the one who has to take sole responsibility for this as the minister and she needs to be held accountable...just like any of her male counterparts would be.

  • I'll be in Canberra for this!!! Well done to everyone who is helping women keep their voice!

  • Great video record THANK YOU...I couldn't come 'cause the girls had conjunctivitis badly and a bit of a cold. I so wanted to go! Women need MIDWIVES. Women need HOMEBIRTH. It NEEDS to be supported as a FREE BIRTHING OPTION. ...nb. Kylie of Independent Wings supported me in having an AMAZING HOMEBIRTH and I'm forever GRATEFUL.

  • Fantastic Libby - you are so fast - good to keep the momentum and the debate going. I'll post it up on FB.

  • Brilliant! Looking forward to Canberra! Lets make some noise!

  • wonderful! See you in Canberra, fellow homebirthing supporters. Hear us Roar, Nicola!!!

  • Fantastic! Tears in my eyes. Wish it was longer. if homebirth was available, accessible and properly funded, there would be a lot more than " a very small minority" of women birthing at home. See you in Canberra.

  • Thanks for capturing this & getting out there, & so quick.

I have added it to our "Birthing Rights Australia" playlist.

  • Well done women!!!!

  • Libby - THANK YOU. This is fantastic to have as a record of our struggle. Tears in my eyes Libby but a warm heart. The strength of women and midwives, together. Wonderful work to everyone involved. Special thanks to Sally-Anne Brown.
