Episode 22 - The Squeeze

The squeeze can be a pain. You just need to pay attention to both sides and not let your killboxes get overrun and let orcs through. There is also lots of potential for some great scores. Have at it and enjoy!


1) Learn to space your lightening storm so the outer edge of the cloud is just over the kill-line of the kill box. This takes some practice, but you know you got it when you stop seeing orcs get struck by lightening well before the killbox.

i have a question: when u are weapon switching, it looks like the hammer instantly begins to swing when u switch from the crossbow to the hammer.

but if i try to do this (with bladestaff), it seems there is a brief delay before i can begin to swing the staff. is this a matter of the skin? or am i just not looking right?

the hammer is simply a skin, not a different weapon. **It is the bladestaff, should be no difference.

I pre-ordered the game. You got the "Knight of the Order" skin as a bonus, which has a hammer instead of a sword.

ye i knew that, i just thought it might actually have to do with the skin, but i found out by myself today.

when u are swinging the bladestaff, then swap to crossbow and fire too long with it, the swing timer from bladestaff resets. but if u just fire 2-3 shots and switch back to bladestaff, it works perfectly fine.

You are paying for spring traps which you don't use really because you are near your kill boxes shooting and killing and they don't ever get to the spring traps.

Hmm... May have to try one of the non-hammer DLC's to see if the return is greater from weapon switching. Worth a try for sure.

Herro! I think the returns on the weapon switching is alot better than the return on comboing the flyers, at least from my experience. The only map I can really combo the flyers well on is gateway... which I show in my latest vid!
