If you watch Lawrence Krauss clap (109:39), you will see direct evidence that we are related to chimpanzees.

Great video but it could have been 100 times better if you would have included more of his slides.

Brilliant presentation. I'm still baffled by people that claim to be Catholics and dismiss all the usual dogma of the church. That has to be some serious self convincing going on.

How long has religious dogma kept this species ignorant of science and the understanding of the universe? We'd be colonizing fucking space by now, we didn't need this crap for the past 2 thousand years and we sure as hell don't need it now. We need fewer people in churches and more people in schools, doing science. It's science that finds the cure for cancer and will solve world hunger. You hide from responsibility, praying that a magical being will do this all for you because it's too hard.

Dawkins needs his own cool "Hitchslap" moniker, he has had some really articulate but cutting comebacks. =)

"The absolute morality that a religious person might profess would include what, stoning people for adultery, death for apostasy, punishment for breaking the Sabbath? These are all things which are religiously-based absolute moralities. I don't think I want an absolute morality. I think I want a morality that is thought out, reasoned, argued, discussed, and based upon what you could almost call an intelligent design."
~Richard Dawkins~ I love this!
