This is an awesome chest workout that uses just dumbbell and bodyweight exercises. You'll start with flat dumbbell bench presses. Then do incline dumbbell flyes, and finish off with push ups. Do 3 sets of each exercise.

  • hey i appreciate u posting this video its really helpful. but i got i few questions. first, if i dnt have an inclined bench wat can i use to get the same effect? and second, wats an alternative to push ups tht give u the same effect? i cnt do push ups for now do to a small injury in my wrist, so i cnt press my palm against the ground or anything like tht.

    Elevate a flat bench on a box or step to make it an incline bench.

    For push ups do them on push up handles, a lot of sporting goods stores carry push up handles, or you can even use Hex Shaped dumbbells as push up handles. This will be more comfortable on your wrists.

    You can still workout with weights and play football. Virtually all football players lift weights as part of their training.

  • Hay Lee if I can dumbbell press 100 in each hand does that mean I can bench press about 200 as well?

    Generally, most guys will be able to barbell bench press more then they can dumbbell bench press. So you could probably bench more then 200 pounds with a barbell. But again the actual carry over you get will vary for everyone.
