All-american baseball star Pedro Alvarez from Vanderbilt University, talks about committing yourself to baseball and your team. ""First of all you have the commitment that you make with the baseball team. That's obviously a big chunk, of not only your day, but your carreer here in college. You always have to take a little step further, if you are trying to be the best you can. On a normal day once I am done with classes, probably around 12pm, I will had down to the field and do some dirty work, if I am not behind in any classes. Then practice would take a few hours, after that I would go back to the cage and do some other stuff. I am at the field for a big portion of the day, it doesn't really bother me because baseball is what I love to do, and the better that you become, the better you feel about yourself.""
