Nuptial Nightmares
Many little girls dream of the perfect wedding day with a fairytale gown, beautiful flowers and their handsome groom, but Dr. Phil's guests say their wedding bells hit a sour note. Amy says the day she and Steve tied the knot turned into a disaster. The sun scorched the guests, then there was a downpour, the wedding arch fell and hit the pastor, and the cake crumbled as they were cutting it. She says it was a huge dream shattered, and she can't move past it. Steve says he had a blast, and Amy needs to lighten up. What does Dr. Phil think? Then, shortly after Mandy and her husband, Kris, said "I do," a three-story deck collapsed, and they and 30 of their family and friends were seriously injured. Mandy says she left her reception strapped to a stretcher, and she and Kris spent their wedding night in the emergency room. Although this took place over two years ago, the couple thinks about it every day. How can they overcome their guilt? And, Kurt and Brandi recently renewed their vows because they say they wanted a fresh start to their seven-year marriage. Just months after their ceremony, Kurt filed for divorce when he found out a secret Brandi had been keeping. Will the results of polygraph tests inspire this couple to make their marriage work or end it for good?

When my aunt married a few years ago, everything was a mess, we were freezing, my cousin and I messed up and ended up laughing in the middle of the wedding, 1 of my aunts fell of the altar and had a low cleavege (!!) & 2 top it all, my uncle said "I vow to be UNFAITHFUL", the priest was laughing by the end of the ceremony & 'til this day we all remember it as the best & funniest wedding ever!!!

This girl is superficial and silly. It's not all about HER and the perfect wedding. My husband and I eloped and it was the most wonderful event in our lives. We flew somewhere tropical and just made it about US. We love to travel and have had many "disasters" but we LAUGH and treasure those memories that all add to our history and life together. Your wedding day doesn't matter that much ~ your marriage does! Lighten up ~ one day you will find the whole thing hilarious. Live, love & be happy...

The events were hard, and ya got sucky events....you are super rich compared to many many.

I think watching this makes me realize I better not whine too much of my own..not because her events turned bad..but I may miss the gorgeous things like her(at the moment...she is probly sweet / no bashing intended).

It's pretty easy to focus on the negative aspects of things. Why not focus on the positives? Like the fact that she even got a car for her birthday, the fact that she HAS friends, she was homecoming queen, etc... like fuck off bitch there are people who actually have seriously horrible things happen in their lives. Say, family members dying or terminal illness. WAKE THE FUCK UP.
