Hyper Extended Edition: Deep Night (Devil Survivor)

Ladies, gentlemen, and subscribers, welcome to Devil Survivor week!

For this year's Halloween, I'm giving a tribute to a Megaten game that needs is more love! I'll be extending and remaking songs from this great game.

Ah, here we are. The end of Devil Survivor week. What better way to end it than with... MY FAVORITE SONG ON THE ENTIRE SOUNDTRACK!

Seriously, Deep Night is THE BOMB. When you hear this song, you think 'DAMN. Shit just got real.'

Anyways, this is the song of the Bels, so you KNOW it has to be Badass! And I'm loving that picture! The last Persona pic I used wasn't too good, but this one is MEGA AWESOME. XD

Also, I extended the song differently from the first time I did so. Can you spot/hear what I did differently?

what's with the picture? it is Minato, Shinji, Yukari and who's the other one? and why are they like that?

@Vipera217 I had posted it in the video description, but I'll repeat it. Amane is based of the Female Protagonist from P3P, just as MC is based of Minato, Haru is based off Yukari, and Naoya is based off Shinji. And as for the reason why this pic is like it is, its a parody of the All-Out Attack Pictures used in Persona 4 and Persona 3 Portable.

@trickymander First off, its Lunar. Secondly, WELL DUH, of COURSE I know Haru doesn't fight. Any respected fan of the game would KNOW that. But the picture was too good to pass up. Thirdly, who cares? The pic is badass; that is all.

I think you made the awesome guitar part from the second half of the track more present in areas of the track that did not originally have it! Around 4:00 is where I started to notice something different.

@AznWallRunner Yes, I indeed utilized the second half of Deep Night more prominently this time. You can hear it for the first time at around 1:17, as well as around where you mentioned.

From what I read, Devil Survivor and The World Ends With You are very similar. If that's true... LET THERE BE A CROSS OVER! :D

beldr's minions were pretty annoying

belzaboul's 6-range and fly gimmick were pretty easy to avoid if you were REALLY REALLY CAREFUL and just stayed outside his range until you killed all of the lesser demons

This made me run to my DS and put in Devil Survivor again. So pumped to play through again now.

2. Heh....his attacks are pretty weak compared to other Bels (except Beldr who is a complete wimp without immortality).

3. What the? *Pfffttt* Seriously? He took that MUCH damage from physical attack even with hi-vitality and he claims to be the strongest and most fitting to be the overlord? *Go ROFL*

@GenericName1450 Ya, whenever I hear this song, I think more of Belzaboul and Belberith more than Beldr. Sure it was the first boss this theme is heard on, but Belzaboul and Belberith are miles harder...especially with the DAMN FLIES AND THE INFINITE RANGE!!!!!!!

*spoiler alert(?)*After becoming the great seal, Minato grew bored and sent an avatar to fight against evil once again!

...and then, the Devil Survivor MC was born!lolz

This doesn't sound like the in game version. This has a grody guitar chord that wasn't there in game, and I swear the second half of the song wasn't in game either.
