U.S. Senator Lamar Alexander (R-Tenn) spoke on the Senate floor today to introduce the Job Protection Act, a bill to preserve the federal law's current protection of state right-to-work laws in the National Labor Relations Act and provide clarity to prevent the NLRB from moving forward in their case against Boeing or attempting a similar strategy against other companies.

  • Pure Crap ! Right to Work for Less...law ! Another step by Republicans to outlaw unions. Anyone that introduces or advocates this ie unAmerican ! Free Democratic Trade Unions, the purest form of democracy, I know of.

  • Well said Senator. It is too bad that the Senate is controlled by a party that receives 98% of union funding and are not likely to support a bill that undermines union power in anyway.
