The TSA performs consistently worse than the private firms that they replaced.

In Newark International, they let 20 out of 22 fake bombs through.

Next time you meet a TSA agent, get their name and badge number. Do a FOIA request for their Oath of Office. Get signature certification of the person who administered the oath, write an acceptance and hold that oath over them, they can't get out from under the oath.

ok seriously, the FACT that the officers hinted that they knew he was just toying with them CLEARLY proves that they are concerned with bullying citizens instead of keeping the airlines safe. all of that unnecessary time spent harassing this guy and some real criminal could've slipped through the cracks.

...and for the record, by the TSA's own admission in court, it is LEGAL to videotape in public areas of the airport and they advise that you NEVER let your belonging our of your sight.
