I did study in high school and had straight A's. Learning a foreign language and going to college was not as important back in the sixties and seventies as it is now.

I have a good job but if I wanted to be a receptionist or secretary today I would be required to speak spanish. Twelve years ago I could get that job. Times have changed because we have so many illegal aliens in the US. Get it?
