OK, few things; 1) Mickey is not the only mouse-esque character allowed to exist, nor does he share ANYTHING in common with Chuck. Besides, back when he was created, Mickey's design was as generic as they came. 2) If CEC ripped off Grimace, then McDonalds ripped off Helen. 3) The italian stereotype didn't begin with Mario, who still came out AFTER Pasqually.
Few people are petty enough to sue because of a few similarities.
All the chuck e cheese characters are rip offs of other characters..... mickey mouse,grimus,mario,etc........ ......... i cant believe they haven't got sued especially for the grimus rip off
"He is effectively reading his guests to know what he can get away with. This party was so trusting of Chuck E., he could get away with *almost* anything!"
