The golfing world is mourning the loss of Seve Ballesteros, who has died after a long battle with cancer. The former world number one passed away surrounded by his family at his home in northern Spain. He was 54. Sky's Enda Brady reports.
my biggest goal in my kitchen career was to cock him a meal and sit down with him over a glas of wine and talk about golf...now that will never happen RIP seve you were the king!
I am 45 years old and I have followed Seve's career right from when it first started. I am so gutted to hear of his death. Seve was always my favourite player. Rest in peace, Seve, you were magic and a true legend and a gentleman on and off of the golf course. All of your family and friends and fans love you, Seve.
It the heat of the battle there was no one as competitive as Seve. His Passion for the Ryder Cup was admired by many, and some of us wished he was on team USA. Sad news. Mike Kelly
