This worked for me unintentionally 30 years ago when I saw a beautiful woman walk by me in a bar on her way to the ladies' room. Believing I was only thinking it, I blurted out, "My God, you're beautiful!"
After hearing this, she stopped in her tracks and replied, "But you don't even know me."
My response was, "I know, but I know by looking at you that I could love you."
After she took care of business, we had a fun evening and a great couple of months together.

When you say something creative aloud, or think about something which you think is creative of yourself to think, you feel excited. You give off this smile - this confident, witty smile, like you are thee man. - Be creative; confidence naturally falls in as a smile/posture when you FEEL creative - like what you said is gonna intrigue the girl (you'll feel this way before saying anything), and that will be seen by her in your "how-you-say-it".
