Yes the dancing is very good, but I like music and dance more spontaneous, like in my swing band fresh and know. yes this is Benny, but give thanks to Fletcher Henderson for the great arraignment.

Swing is an umbrella term for many different dances. (ie. Charleston, Lindy Hop, Balboa, Shag, etc)
The Lindy Hop basic is over 8 beats usually and the Boogie-Woogie is over 6. The shape of the dances are also different. Variations and some aspects of the lead / follow relationship are very similar however.
