A windows computer is user friendly, but then again you kinda have to have some willingness to actually fucking learn WTF to do instead of whining about it. Again, there is a solution GO TAKE A COMPUTER COURSE if you are confused, they are EVERYWHERE.
As for service, PC laptops (aka Totally Awesome Computers - Was absorbed legal reasons) has 100% better service and reps who actually fucking know what's what in their products, without the need for shiny distractions.
