Tying a hijab

Peace College in Raleigh, N.C., hosted a delegation of seven students and one professor from Qatar University during the first week of February, 2010. On the day before their departure, the Qatar University students gave a presentation about Qatar and some of its traditions. After the presentation, the students painted henna tattoos and wrote Peace students' names in Arabic. During the demonstrations, Qatar University student Abrar Ahmed tied a hijab head scarf for Peace student Charleitta Herring.
