I think this is series 4, episode Parralox. Patsy puts Parralox on Saffy's arm. Saffy's interviewing for a job and at the end, Edina costs her the job because Patsy's given her too much Parralox.

I remember in the extras when Jennifer Saunders describes how that if she comes stumbling into the room at the start of a scene, she knows she has the audience for the rest of the take, and it's true. Great way to kick off an episode or a new scene.
