I just realized that although my two greatest fears in life are boredom and loneliness, I fully embrace them both. Maybe it is time to fight them by strengthening my inner self. Thank you for this.

@yoga108moscow her appearance and asana is beautiful and obviously she is dedicated but I know hwat you mean I get a feeling of "work" in her movements the body doesn't feel like it's treated with reverence. Anyway perhaps to study with though she is honest and encouraging? Who knows...Namaste.
