Dry sump alone couldn't of been very cheap

I found a 633CSi with rotted fuel lines and a blown clutch (otherwise it looks mint) for $300 that I'm considering buying. I also happen to know a guy with a carburated 350 and 5 speed tranny out of a Trans Am that I could get really cheap. How difficult is it to swap a carburated V8 into a car like this and how much additional money would I need to put into a project like it other than the engine/tranny and car itself? By the way that things sweet.

@Robez93, the problem with a small block chevy is the oil pan wont clear the cross member. So that is why i had a dry sump oil system on it, to use a low profile oil pan. so you either have to have dry sump or use a motor that has a front sump pan. Also have to have a custom driveshaft made as well.

Update: Car actually has a new motor swap in progress. The small block was removed and a big block 472 is in the progress of being squeezed in.
