steve jobs didnt let the "tablet" design slip, Bill was talking about he thought the tablet design was going to be popular in the future, he'd been trying to introduce tablets since like 2001 and still believed in 2007 that they would become popular. If you watch this whole interview, you'd know that.

He is talking about CRT monitors. The glass is curved on them. 'A big curved desktop computer' , he is saying it last in his list as in, old archaic hardware.
