Title track "Askin' the Way" performed at the Lion Inn, Blakey Ridge, UK, at a special concert organised by Cultural Foundation to launch the album "Askin' the Way". 12th March 2003. More Back Door vids to follow prior to launch of DVD celebrating the work of this unique trio. Colin Hodgkinson on bass.
In memory of the late greats Ron Aspery (soprano sax) and Tony Hicks (drums).

    Ron Aspery the saxophonist was mates with Roy Chubby Brown and they ran a shop together in the 70's.

    Ron was an absolute legend. I had the pleasure of hearing him play a number of times in Rottingdean. When in the mood he'd bring his sax along just to jam with other bands that had been booked. He was such an amazing character and is still missed so much.
