This traditional Okasa Puja Recitation was made by Venerable U Vasetta (War Seit Ta) and recorded at the Lonodn Mogok Yeiktha in December 2004. This is the English Translation: Okasa Okasa Okasa. More Dhamma Talks by Myanmar Sayadaws can be watched at http://www.myanmarnet.net .
Oh Venerable Sir: May I pay obeisance to you!
So as to be free from all my offences, accumulated from evil deeds done physically, verbally and mentally, I pay homage to the TripleGem: the Buddha, the Dhamma and the Samgha; once, twice, thrice with my joined-palms on my forehead very respectfully and humbly.
Owing to these meritorious deeds, may (I, we) always be free from the four Apayas, the three kappas, the eight Atthakkhanas, the five Veras, the four Vipattis, the five Byasanas.
May (I, we) be rewarded with the Dhamma leading to Magga, Phala and Nibbana!
