Customer Service Rant & Mini Haul Update

Customer service is extremely important to me, and I wanted to share my experiences with you guys. I hate putting negativity out there, but there are some things you guys should be aware of. Plus, since I returned everything I bought in my last haul, I decided to do an update to it! Hope you all enjoy!

omg i feel the same way about mac counters vs. stores... i like the set up of the mac store but the people that work there are soooo rude and i dont know what they think they are, i have only had one good experience there, i usually just go to the store to look around and swatch products, then i walk over to the counter in bay or w.e and buy it from there. I know its going to the same company but i refuse to buy anything from that store again!
