30,000 babies die from Stillbirth in the USA every year... compare that to the 2,000 that die to SIDS. Causes of Infant Mortality like SIDS or Prematurity receive a tremendous amount of funding for research and support. Important support includes not only research funding but also public awareness.
My daughter was a victim of both prematurity and stillbirth. I support both causes. I am however more outraged by the lack of support for stillbirth. Parents of stillborns are treated like lepers. As if their child never existed. If my baby had taken one breath and then died I would have been treated an entirely different way. Change needs to be made... And change will only come when the public is educated and OUTRAGED.
Help these parents... these babies by Favoriting this video... send it to someone you know. Learn the facts.
(I'm under my daughters account.) I lost my 4th child in 2006. At 36 weeks gestation he passed away due to placental abruption. As a mother i knew something wasn't right. I was denied an ultrasound at my 35 week appointment. He promised to do an ultrasound @ 37 weeks... By 36 weeks it was to late... I carried my son for 2 days before they would deliver me... Looking back now, I'm grateful to have had those 2 days to grieve over my BIG belly... Its been 4 years and still my soul cries..

I lost our first baby at 20 weeks. We didn't even get to see her. I miss her every day. We've also lost two more since then. It's been the worst 12 months of my life. We still haven't got our much wanted baby. We're still trying.

Are your photos retouched? If so, do you mind sharing who did them? I'd like to have my pictures retouched.

Your child is beautiful. I made a video also of my sons, who were also born at 21 weeks and did not survive. God bless all of our angels!

OMG... I'm in floods now! I had the same thing with my son, only i never bled & my body didn't reject him. At my 20 week ante-natal appt. all was fine. When i went 4 my 21 week scan i was told he had died. I totally understand your pain. It has been 4 yrs since i lost my son & the pain has never gone away.
