Yup, I got a 02 6MT Maxima totally stock. I have raced a 6MT maxima 2005 and its a drivers race (and quality of tires lol)

I like the interior on the 07-08s better than my 05,which is why I considered getting an 07, but the CVT scared me away. They do sound dumb... What does your car top out at?

i do have an 08, it does pull hard too but a) it sounds retarded and b) i wish it had a manual and c) its not as fast as an 05.... but with an intake its just as fast

Very true. I do wish the 07-08s had a manual tranny option. I wonder if the 03 would be faster off the line that an 04-06? My 05 in the video pulls just as hard in 2nd gear as first, so i think it is a little slow in first gear. 3rd pulls almost as hard as 2nd (I think 3rd is the most impressive gear).

the 03 has similar performance to the 07-08s because theyre both 255 hp engines, the 04-06 have 265 hp. nissan downgraded in 07 due to the cvt, but it still moves, an 03 with 6-speed could probably come very close to an 04-06

I made another vid of the car, just revving it... Check it out in my videos. I am going to wait a few more months before I make driving vids, but I will post quite a few this spring.
