Since most buyers of the Ipod Touch only buy it for the apps on the other hand people buy the zune for the quality of everything! They're comparing an mp3 player to an ipod/ game player. I went to a science fair competition yesterday and most of the kids there either had ipads or iPod Touch's. But, one of my friends had a Zune HD and showed me all the cool features- the HD Radio, pictures, videos, apps, and the really cool things it does with your music- most things iPod cant do. Now, I'm considering buying it to replace my Nano.

@TarterSauce15 The fact that zune still exists without ever having had a commercial is kinda the proof that its a good product. I use to agree with you that the zune was junk, but then a friend of mine got one, and showed me just how much better it was. I've personally turn eleven of my friends into apple-haters. You see, with a truely quality product, all you need is that word of mouth.

@Supersmurf62 funny ive always thought the purpose of an mp3 player was for a quality music listening experience as well. Ive wanted a Zune since they first came out. Finally got one when the 2nd gen came out. I loved it. SO easy to use amazing audio quality. supported my preferred lossless format. the Zune social is amazing. i met somebody with similar music tastes as me and we're relatively good online friend now chat with him every day over WL Messenger. I got my HD for Christmas and love it

Comments below, even though the zune has features the touch still does not have? Really, come on fanboys. HD is better in so many ways, get real. (I'll be listening to my favorite deep tracks hd radio station now after wirelessly synching my podcasts and new album I just burned. Oh, can't do that on crapple, shocking!

I do have a claim.

First off, I have a friend who owns a Zune. It is in fact smaller than the Ipod, and the screen has visable pixles, unlike the Ipod. Plus, the Zune has screwes on the back of it. Attractive? Not at all. Although the Zune has an OLED display, it remains dimmer than the Ipod, even if you adjust the brightness settings.

just bought the Zune! seriously ive been a huge Apple fanboy, and im so glad ive moved away from iphone/itouch to Zune! if you actually buy a mp3 player for quality then you have to join zune too! i also got myself a Bang & Olufsen headphone! pure sex!
