Bio. I'm not a fan of this new wave of Chicano rap scene, nor am I a fan of the whole Hi-Power Records come-up. This is a descent song and that's it, there's not much I can say. Accordingly, neither Mr. Criminal or Mr. Capone-E are actually Chicano....Capone E is of Pakistani descent and Criminal is of some other South American ethnicity still they belong to Mexican barrios and have been doing Chicano Rap for some time now.
