My closest attempt to a kill during 4.0.6 : 13% (aka 3% before Fury of Frostmourne aka win..). Would have gotten it if not for stupid RNG.... whoever designed Runic Empowerment, I hate you.
Ah well. I'm pretty pissed, since I won't be able to do it until a very long time, but hey..... 1 tier of gear might be enough, who knows. 2 tiers will be enough for sure.
