You can go to Google and search Cheat Engine =D

Use wpe pro and press play right before the race then when u win you press stop then search win in the box find the one that says how much ever you won the change 1000 milliseconds to 100 miliseconds then go to the garage and look at ur money it keeps going up and if u betted car you will keep getting parts
