this is the way a 52-year-old Japanese woman washes her face using SOAP only. notice the youthful glow.

1. wash your face
2. with your facial wash (soap, cream, etc) make a rich lather (using a sponge or net)
3. look upwards, massage your face using the TIPof your ring finger while SMILING
4. rinse your face using COLD water, still smiling
