hey bro looking at buying a laptop. my max price is 500$ and i found this laptop under 500 new on ebay. need something with min 2.0 ghz 250 gig hard drive 4 gigs of ram etc. is this my best option ...any negatives? auction ends in 2 days. thanks

hmm...idk i cant disable fingerpirnt unless i remove the dell fingerprint program.
no the screen is perfect!

@elfy99803 ok then, i just have a few questions...
1. can you get more than 5 hrs of battery life with yours?
2. Is it slow to boot without the fingerprint reader?
3. Are their any problems with the screen? (ex. blacks arent that dark?)

It's cool and awesome actually :) I really like it! But i hate how the loading thing takes too long -_- like when its about to start windows, and sometimes the fingerprint scan fails 50% of the time, it says error try again. and the mouse pointer between the keyboard is horrible -_- hard to even use. and sometimes the mouse pad acts weak and moves the mouse really slow -_- and from time to time with sound, it makes some weird lag noise like 1/5 times music is playng. still love it
