Sustainable Harvest has teamed up with Equator Coffee and Teas to bring micro-entrepreneur Chido Govero to Katanga village in rural Tanzania. Chido is teaching local women how to grow mushrooms using organic discards, including dried coffee pulp to provide a source of food security and entrepreneurship.
