Sorry, this was my first video posting on youtube. I had not quite ironed out all the bugs.
Let's see if I can bring some light to this concept for you. Pastor Winston is saying, when you get full of faith, time will become an after thought. The concept of time or the passage of time will not exist for you anymore. "Faith Suspends Time"

"In Heaven as it is on earth" The timeless realm exist in eternity, but Pastor Winston is showing you how to access it here on earth. Jesus did this often when he walked the earth as a man. It's more commonly referred to as a miracle.
