Russian Navy Varyag Tour Narrated by Benyamin Yam

I met Benyamin while waiting in line for the Varyag tour. He was first in line, I was second. I was planning to just read a book while I waited, but I realized that his brain was a complete encyclopedia of knowledge worth learning, and was gracious enough to share. I captured some on this video.

Benyamin is from Latvia originally, if you're wondering about the accent.

He didnt have wikipedia to refer too guys, his facts are off the top of his head, he is also an enthusiast not a professor. I think he did an alright job. Us keyboard warriors are so critical of everybody!

lol NICE badass ship although i would rather be on a kirov. But slava is the second place i would want to be.. in the Russian navy that is

He's description is slightly wrong. They only carry 16 cruise missiles (not rockets as indicated), not 20. Kirov's carry 20, but not Slava-class cruisers, which is what this is.
