Good search rankings is NOT a "by-product of established authority," if it were then the phrase "black hat" would be meaningless.
And tell me, how does someone become an authority if not by finding a topic, researching that topic, then providing good information regarding it?
The fact of the matter is that doing the above is NOT "faking authority" it is what becoming an authority is all about.
And having you, someone with no posted videos, trying to tell others about authority is laughable.

Dear doingbigdeals/angrymaker:
Replying with childish insults like "clueless idiot" would likely chase away potential clients. I know I would expect a certain level of professionalism from a service provider before I would write a check to him.
If you are not an authority on a subject people are "ASKING FOR" (poor grammar, by the way), then culling supposedly expert information from other sources simply fakes authority.
Good search rankings is a by-product of established authority.

Are you just another clueless idiot?
As for the HubPages list being "picked over" ... You just proved how much of a clueless idiot you are. HubPages comes out with that list because they want more pages in those areas because there aren't many.
And since when is providing good value, using unique content, in a market that someone is ASKING FOR not good business? You make the most inane arguments of anyone I have ever seen. Congratulations.

Not even two minutes into your faceless presentation, you state that anyone who doesn't follow your advice is a "bonehead." And your authoritative advice is to use HubPages for business "ideas" from a picked-over list? Then try to make money? I liken this opportunist "business" approach to a cowardly vulture waiting for the moment it can swoop in to dine on 3-day-old road kill. Shouldn't business be based on providing unique value to customers? Your approach seems more like "me, too."
