I don't know anyone who does heroin, nor do I do it my self... so I guess I can't really relate to the song... So no the song doesn't really mean anything to me other than maybe, It's a Neil young classic that I love to sing. I'll try harder next time.

Good cover. Obviously not Neil Young but it was good. These are the songs everyone should try to avoid though. It's too hard to cover. It needs emotional attachment.
