From the first half of Hayley's performance at Beaumanor Hall, when it wasn't raining. The concert was for the Royal British Legion. Judge for yourself, but for me this is gorgeous!

She's so young - of course, she's "too cold" as you put it, but what a put down for a very young, tender, yet growing singer...give her a break...give some support to a singer who, as she grows in both musicality and age, could become a wonderful singer. Yes, she's beautiful, but her music will probably catch up to her personal beauty and become an inspiration to all. Support, don't criticize.

@anande24 With respect, Ave Maria is a spiritual song, not an emotional one. In my opinion she gets it spot on! There is something of Heaven in her singing.
