Inducted into the Carolina Beach Music Hall of Fame thankfully before he passed away on 9/11/2007, Willie Tee left behind some of the most popular beach music recordings in the archives. "Walking Up A One Way Street" was recorded in 1965, and although it never made the national Top 40, it certainly remains one of the Top 40 beach music recordings on many critic's lists.
