Dead Poets Society ***SPOILERS***

This is a video I made for one of my classes, I just figured I might as well share it. It centers around the character Neil, who was oppressed by his father. The character moved me, so instead of designing a video based on all of the characters and revolving around the entire movie, I chose to center it on Neil. Hope you like it! It's my first non-Shadows video. ;) ~DJ

It was for some silly, worthless class called Strategies. We were being taught to make presentations. I was scared as hell, but I got a good grade based mainly on the vid. :) My teacher was pretty impressed, so I'm satisfied. ;) Glad I've pleased so many ppl with it.

Thank you! And what a compliment! Talk about an ego boost. :) No, I am not a professional. Just a humble vidder who slaps together clips for my own amusement. And, yes, I use Windows Movie Maker on occasion, but mainly I use Movie Edit Pro. It's a bit of a pain, but the range of effects far outshine WMM any day. :) ~DJ

WOW! Very good editing. I really liked this. The song is a great choice - so different from Neil's universe yet so close to his emotions. You manage to really put his journey into this. Fantastic work.

Awesome video. great music, great movie. though the only thing is im so used to watching Wilson on House M.D. that seeing Neil shirtless just makes his head look huge for his body... but hes still really cute in this movie and it kinda made me depressed to see that he killed himself... anyway, great video.

AWESOME! I love this, the song goes with Neil and fits with him! I think that the song was made for him. But, you did such a great job on making the movie and for me to, Neil is my favorite character in this movie, and all these other movies he has played in, even Swing Kids, but you did very well on how this movie syncranized with the clips! ^-^
