Pay Cuts really makes us angry somehow, though we could see it as a challenge and try to think of possible ideas why we had a pay cut, for some things such as paycuts happens for some reasons, maybe its our own negligence for having a pay cut.

I do agree that pay cuts are everywhere it really seems uncontrollable it doesnt' seem to pick it's victim, but as what others say one things for sure taking a pay cut is much more better than loosing the job.

Pay-cuts really is a great problem, though I would rather have a pay-cut rather than loosing my current job, for it is hard to find a good job today.

These days, there are pay cuts everywhere. My friend currently had to take a pay cut because of her career change; it just sucked. Recession will hopefully improve.

I would rather accept a pay cut rather than loosing my own job, I know how difficult it is but that's the best decision for me to do.

In my own opinion I find Pay Cuts a much more comparatively easy situation than loosing your job, though for sure everybody hates them.
