President Bush Deals with David Gregory- 9/15 Press Confrnce

In a September 15, 2006 Press Conference held in the White House Rose Garden David Gregory, who works for NBC, but might as well be paid by Howard Dean, repeatedly attempts to interrupt President Bush and ask what amounts to five follow-up questions. No big deal you say? Ask the other reporters whose job depends on being able to ask the President a question in the time alloted.

The President handled Gregory masterfully and used his noxious behavior to make his point even more strongly: aggressive interrogations of terrorists has saved thousands of American lives, but unless Congress agrees to codify the program in legislation it will not continue.
