I worked for Mario and that's what he uses!!! He's a true genius when it comes to restaurants and food. He used that recipe back 12 years ago..

All the more reason to CHANGE THE TiTLE, no? What do you mean it's not misleading? I was mislead to view the vid as if MB was cooking the ragu. I'm sure most, if not all, of the overwhelming dislikes are because people felt cheated, or mislead by the title.

I've viewed quite a few of Rouxbe vids. I even like a few.
Now why would you go and steal Mario Batali's name for what is obviously not his?

@educkling This is his recipe taken from his book with his publishers approval when we were doing a book promotion with them . They put Rouxbe stickers on Mario's book.

@rouxbe, assuming your statement's are entirely truthful,oughtn't it be titled "Ragu Bolognese: Mario Batali recipe", so that you don't mislead viewers into thinking that the vid actually might contain footages of MB cooking up Ragu Bolognese?

@educkling We never have anyone except Rouxbe Chef's in our video so it's not misleading to anyone that has ever looked at Rouxbe. This was also as I stated part of book promotion with his publisher.
